2501 – 3000 sq. ft. - $425
3000+ sq. ft. – Negotiable

Pest & Dry rot only - $150+

Home inspections of Multi-Family units are priced according to size, age, occupancy etc.

Each home inspection includes a Pest & Dry-Rot Report.

Re-inspection fee is $150. A punch list is required before booking appt. 

Continuous Radon Monitoring:
